Go to Your Business Listing:

On your business’s listing page, click the "Claim Your Free Listing Now!" link on the right hand side bar.

Claiming Your Business Listing form:

When you click the link, the claim form will appear. Simply fill out your information. In the “Verification Details” section, include supporting documentation such as business registration details, sample invoices, or receipts to validate your claim. This helps our huddle team efficiently review and authenticate your ownership.

Complete and Submit:

Once completed, click the “Claim Your Business Now!” button and submit. Our team will promptly review and validate your claim.

Earn Your Claim Badge:

Upon successfully claiming your business listing, a distinctive badge will be added to your listing signifying its official status. You can now take ownership, update details, or explore plan upgrades to suit your preferences directly through your dashboard.

Add Your Business in 6 Quick & Easy Steps

Step 1: Add Your Business Listing

You can add your listing directly by clicking the “Add Your Business” button on the Nav Bar. Or if you’ve already signed up/registered on our site, you can add your listing from your dashboard after you sign in.

Step 2: Select Your Plan

Choose the huddle small business marketing plan that suits you:

Connector:

FREE plan

Directory business listing with standard features

Promoter:

Paid Plan

Connector plan + additional features

Accelerator:

Premium PAID plan

Promoter plan + our community direct-mail program (limited availability)

Selecting this plan requires an approval process to secure space for your business in your community’s direct mail planner as there are only 32 ad spots available and only 1 per business category.              NOTE: You must be subscribed to the Promoter plan to be eligible to apply for the Accelerator plan.

Step 2: Select Your Plan

Step 3: Create Your Listing

Complete your full business profile by completing all the required fields in detail. Be sure to choose your main category, all pertinent sub-categories and amentities for your business and provide essential information such as your tagline (short description), contact details, business description, operating hours, social media and website links, FAQs, tags, images and more. Please note that the available listing features differ for each plan (refer to the Plans, Pricing & Discounts chart).

Crafting a comprehensive listing not only boosts your visibility in search results but also builds trust with potential customers. Next, click Save & Preview.

Step 4: Preview, Pay & Publish

After reviewing a preview of your listing, ensuring all information is correct and fields are completed, it’s time to proceed and make your payment (if applicable). Click on the “Pay & Publish” button at the bottom of your listing preview page which will take you to our payment portal. We offer a user-friendly and secure payment process. Upon successful payment processing, your listing will go to a “pending” state until approved by a huddle administrator. The approval will take approx. 24 – 48 hours and then your listing will be live. Additionally, once your payment is processed, a receipt will be sent to your registered email address.

* It’s important to note that our Promoter plan is a monthly subscription. You can change your plan anytime from your dashboard.

Step 4: Preview, Pay & Publish

After reviewing a preview of your listing, ensuring all information is correct and fields are completed, it’s time to proceed and make your payment (if applicable). Click on the “Pay & Publish” button at the bottom of your listing preview page which will take you to our payment portal. We offer a user-friendly and secure payment process. Upon successful payment processing, your listing will go to a “pending” state until approved by a huddle administrator. The approval will take approx. 24 – 48 hours and then, all being good, your listing will be live. Additionally, once your payment is processed, your invoice/receipt can be accessed in your dashboard under Invoices.

Step 5: Edit Your Listing

We’ve simplified the process of editing your business listing with our user-friendly form. You have 2 ways to edit your listing. Once signed in, you can go to your listing page and in the bottom right corner click “Edit”. Or go to your dashboard, select Listings in the menu, click the three dots on the far right and select “Edit”. Both these options will open up the form where you can update your business information, add new images, and more. We recommend regularly reviewing your listing to ensure your business information remains current.
