I’m George, a top-tier performance, health, and weight loss coach from Vancouver, British Columbia. My entire existence has been centred around health and sports. I got started when I was very little. When I was four years old, my parents joined me in my first competition. Even though I’m in my 50s, I still compete. I compete when I’m not instructing. When I’m not in competition, I’m instructing. I live for that, and I adore doing it. My parents believed that I could make the smallest objects and figurines because of my exceptional hand skills—I would make an excellent neurosurgeon. They therefore pressured me to enroll in medical school. However, as soon as I finished medical school, I knew deep down that I preferred to continue practising martial arts and competitive sports over being a doctor. Despite not pursuing a career in neurosurgery, my medical knowledge enhanced my athletic endeavours and my work as a Personal Trainer in Vancouver. As a personal trainer and founder of Fit Body By George, I take your health and physique very seriously. I create a custom program for every client based on their goal and current condition. No program is the same. What works for one may not work for someone else. It starts with a consultation, so you can tell me where you are at, any medical conditions you may have, and what your goals and challenges are. I will assess your nutritional habits, evaluate your physical condition and create your customized program.
